Printing Water-Based Odorless Varnish Used For Different Papers

Introduction

This varnish is made of superior dilute acid latex, water base resin and water, feature good wearable, high gloss, moisture proof, fast drying, environment friendly, it is a high gloss varnish. Widely use in the varnish of difference paper.

Technical data

Amount: suggest 4-6g per square meter(under dry surface),surely, thicker will improve the wearable and gloss.

Notice

This varnish have good adhesiveness and gold stamping, it is better pr-test before using.

This varnish belong water-based varnish, could not be used as base coating.

Operating instruction

1. this varnish suite for combined printing and coating or independence coating.

2. this varnish could be direct using, if viscosity over high, put ≤5% of water or water with isopropanol(1:1) to dilute it.

3. in coating, if there is appearance of knurling, flowing uneven, dilute it by 5-10% will ok, but if over dilution, it will weaken the wear-resistance.

4. as to make coating easy drying, you should adjust the ventilation equipment and drying lamp, suggest drying temperature to be 100℃-135℃
