1. 8 mesh,30-50g/m² phenolic resin soaked twist woven fiberglass cloth disc, can be used for inside net of 1mm thick resin grinding wheel.For outside net, there are many choices, normally the weight of resin fiberglass cloth disc would differ , according to different requirement of strength.
2. 8 mesh,80-125g/m² phenolic resin soaked twist woven fiberglass cloth discs are normally used to produce inside and outside net of 1-1.3mm thick resin grinding wheel.
3. 5 or 6 mesh,150-450g/m² phenolic resin soaked twist woven fiberglass cloth disc(filling yarns are usually twistless roving), because of its incompactness and flatness, after covered with black paper or non-woven, the appearance is better than using normal plain or twist weave fiberglass cloth disc.This type can be used as outside layer of resin slice.
4. 6 mesh,170-260g/m² phenolic resin soaked twist woven fiberglass cloth discs are normally used to produce 70-80m/s-line speed resin slice, and even up to 100m/s line speed if used 2-3 pieces, or simply use heavier type to reach the same requirement.
5. 260-330g/m² phenolic resin soaked plain woven fiberglass cloth disc,which is easy to adhere to grinding aid,normally used for flexible grinding wheel.
6. 380-450g/m² phenolic resin soaked fiberglass cloth discs are used for products of high strength requirement.
7. If requirement of strength are at higher level, we can choose non- alkali fiberglass, as it has better performance in strength and flexibility while at same weight and gel content.
