Feature

1) Air supply method: bottom-to-bottom penetrating air supply (the fan is equipped with an air conditioning device, which can adjust the air intake).

2) Transmission mode: Chain synchronously driven Humidity exhaust mode: Straight exhaust (high-humidity gas is directly exhausted to speed up the drying of materials);

3) Control system: The key-type control cabinet material starts to enter from the feeding conveyor, the feeding conveyor can adjust the thickness of the material, and then enter the top layer of the first layer of the drying equipment, the material passes through each layer of mesh belts from top to bottom. During the traveling process, the hot air enters the bottom to heat and dehydrate the material, and the high-humidity gas is directly discharged from the top of the equipment. After the material passes through the last layer (the bottom layer) The dry material is sent out through the discharger, and then sent out of the drying equipment by the discharge conveyor.

4) The whole drying process is carried out in a continuous manner, with continuous feeding of fresh materials and continuous output of dry materials, with a high degree of automation, saving labor;
