Product Descrption

Casing head is a simple metal flange welded or screwed onto the top of the conductor pipe (also known as drive-pipe) or the casing and forms part of the wellhead system for the well. This is the primary interface for the surface pressure control equipment, for example blowout preventers (for well drilling) or the Christmas tree (for well production).

In addition to providing various types of single-stage casing heads, two-stage casing heads, three-stage casing heads and other products, the company can also design and manufacture four-stage casing heads, as well as slip hangers and threaded (mandrel) type suspensions. • Outlet connection can be thread, bolted flange.
• Bottom connection can be threaded, welded or slip.
• Optional integral double FS-seal, P-seal and Metal-to-Metal seal bottom preparation for HTHP applications.
• Top connection are API 6A flanged, and the flanges are provided with locking bolts.
• Casing hanger has straight type seat bore 45degree cone of hanging shoulders with strong loading bolts.
• Structural type of the matched casing hanger: slip and mandrel.
