WNS series is a classical shell type steam boiler, with classical
design: firetube+ wetback+ 3pass. Its average thermal efficiency
>95%, design working life span more than 15 years. Equipped with
well-known auxiliary parts, such as BALTUR/RIELLO- Burner, DANFOSS-
Pressure Controler, SIEMENS- PLC operation system, LEO- Multistage
Pump, etc. to ensure the boiler's steady performance. The entire
system warranty period: 2 Years.
Boiler characteristics
Special Structure and High Efficiency: All system is well mounted
on the base, its system is portable. The users no need to consider
the pipeline installation, wire connection. After receiving the
goods, just supply water, electricity, fuel. It is equipped with
renowned brand burners(BALTUR, RIELLO, HOFAMAT, ECOFLAM), also
finned tube type economizer can ensure boiler's thermal efficiency
up to 95%.
High Quality Control: In manufacturing processes, we has adopting
steel strength test, automatic steel cutting plate rolling/
welding,100% x-ray welding check, magnetic particle check c-scan
ultrasonography Ultrasound check, fluorescent pene-trating check,
hydraulic (water) pressure test, boiler thermal efficiency test,
etc, to make sure all finished products is qualified.
Automatic Safe Operation: WNS series package steam boiler is
equipped automatic burner ignition, automatic water-level control,
auto-matic pressure control, automatic interlock chain stop
protection, free settable working pressure, free settable ON/OFF
time, visible system's working states on screen.
Easy Maintenance: WNS series boiler uses full water back
tube-sheets instead of traditional dry back tube-sheet, can avoid
the dry-fire broken, reduce the range of steel cooling contraction
and hotting expansion. Also, we adopting openable smoke-boxes,
users can replace the broken fire-tubes conveniently.

FAQ
1. What are the available fuel for the oil gas fired boiler?
Oil gas fired boiler could burn both liquid fuel and gaseous fuel.
The liquid fuel could be heavy oil, light oil, diesel, furnace oil,
bunker oil, LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), etc. The gaseous fuel
could be natural gas, city gas, bio-gas, etc.
2. Whether the boiler can burn dual fuel or multi-fuel?
boiler have oil burner, gas burner, and oil&gas dual fuel
burner, we can offer the specific burner based on customers’
requirement.
3. What is the thickness of combustion chamber?
the thickness of corrugated furnace is different based on working
pressure and furnace diameter, generally, the thickness is between
10~18mm, large combustion space, and combustion sufficient.
4. What is the inlet pressure of gas burner?
The inlet gas pressure is different for different capacity boiler,
for example, the pressure for 2 ton steam capacity boiler is about
8~10KPa, while for 4 ton steam capacity boiler is about 18~20KPa.
