1.Full Automatic Churros Production line feature:

Fully automatic dough stick production line with high configuration

1)Installed capacity:8.5KW

2)The thickness of the fried dough sticks is designed to be adjustable, making 40-50 grams of fried dough sticks,8-10 pieces/time;capacity:20000-40000pcs/hour.

3)The parts in contact with food are UPE imported from Germany and imported 304 high-quality stainless steel;

4)The conveyor belt of the whole machine is a set of German SEW geared motors;

5)The bearings at the main drive shaft and the drive drum are imported from NSK brand;

6)The frequency conversion governor of the forming host is the Japanese Mitsubishi brand, and the cutter clutch is the Japanese Miki brand;

7)Switching power supply board, intermediate relay, encoder are Japanese Omron, photoelectric switch is Japanese Panasonic brand;

8)The control switch, button and power indicator are the French Schneider brand;
