3.1 Speed regulation performance: the speed regulation system adopts DEH speed regulation mode, the controller will set the steam turbine speed and the actual speed comparison calculation, output 4 ~ 20HA control signal to the electronic actuator, in order to control the action of the actuator, to achieve speed regulation on the spot.The controller can also receive the 4 ~ 20HA analog signal transmitted by the upper computer, and connect it with the DCS system by manually switching on the spot to realize remote control.Requirement governor selected control module and other electrical instrument components should be used today's most advanced, responsive adjustment, no load fluctuation.

3.3 Turbine safety protection (overspeed protection)

(2) The steam turbine is also provided with an additional overspeed protection device, whose operating speed is 110 ~ 112% of the rated speed.

(3) The tripping system of the emergency security system has interlock protection to prevent the steam turbine from suddenly re-entering steam.

(4) the time from the operation of the emergency guard to the complete closure of the main steam valve should be less than 1 second.

(5) The steam turbine unit is respectively installed on the operating platform of the unit control room and on the place of the steam engine with manual emergency shutdown operation device.
