1. Q : Can I get sample of my own design first,and then start the
order ?
A : No problem.But the fee of making samples and freight are
needed.
2. Q : Could you send me all your catalogues and price lists ?
A : As we have many items,please inform us the items,size and
packages you interested in,so that we are capable to offer the
price lists to you for your reference.
3. Q : Can I get samples for comfirmation ?
A : Yes,of couse.We supply samples for free.The freight chare paid
by customer.
4. Q : How many color do we have ?
A : Any color is available,please provide me the Panton color NO.
5. Q : What about the lead time for mass production ?
A : Honestly,it depends on the order quantity and the season you
place the order.Generally speaking,production lead tiime is within
2~4 weeks.
6. Q : How to order ?
A : please send us your purchase order by Email or leave message on
the website,or you can ask us to send you Proforma Invoice for your
order.We need to know the following information for your order.
1) Product information : Quantitiy , Specification ( model , color
or other informations )
2) Delivery time required
3) Shipping information : Company name , Address , Phone number ,
Destination seaport / airpot
4) Forwarder's contact details if there is any in China.
