2). Large gap between roller and die plate.

containing material to make pellets for polishing the die hole.
2. Why the Pellets discharged have much powder or no pellets discharged?
A: There are usually 3 cases for causing this problem:
1). Moisture of material is too low.
2). Moisture of material is too high.
3). Too much crude fiber in raw material.
The ways to solve this problem are:
1). Increase water content.
2). Reduce water content.
3). Add more sticky powder.
3. Why the capacity becomes more and more lower?
A: There are usually 2 cases for causing this problem:
1). Large gap between roller and die plate.
2). Moisture of material is too low.
The way to solve this problem:
1). Adjust the gap between roller and die plate. 2). Increase the
water content of material.
4. Why are the pellets too hard and bright?
A: Moisture of material is a little low will cause this problem, add
more water for the powder material.
5. Why the pellets edge is soft and have rough surface?
A: There are 2 cases for causing this problem:
1). Moisture of material is not suitable. 2). New die for using.
The way to solve this problem:
1). Reduce or increase the moisture of material. 2). Polish the die
by using oil containing material.
6. Why the pellet machine are suddenly suffocated?
A: Big and hard object or metal enters the gap between roller and die
plate will cause this problem, remove the objects to solve it.
