1. Case: The frame is made of aluminum alloy, SS304 and painted
steel. LED panel and card-sweeping windows are made with plastic
molds. Three-color (red, green, and blue) LED lights are available.
The case looks beautiful and novel.
2. Machine Core: integrated standard fast-access core, clutch, and
Taibang brushless motor are used, with an anti-collision control
system.
3. Controller: an independent brushless motor controller is used.
Used in pairs, only a two-core wire connection is required.
Features of the control board:
1. This control mainboard is applicable to the control of flap
turnstiles, swing turnstiles, and fast pass turnstiles with a
brushless DC motor.
2. With a ARM7 embedded system as the core for control, the control
mainboard is characterized by faster processing, stronger function
extension capability, and more stable performance.
3. With full data management, all function parameters are set
digitally, and the setting operation is easier.
4. The motor can be driven to run stably and reliably along a
movement curve, with a smooth state. The flaps can move
synchronously in perfect union.
5. The product has complete functions, including illegal intrusion
alarm, tail alarm, reverse return processing, flap anti pinch, free
passage settings, single or multi-user access, motor stall
protection, delay closing, rush-hour access, emergency access mode
etc.
6. With complete interface modes, the product can be used for PNP
and NPN infrared sensors available in the market. Infrared
induction sequence may be set in a forward or reverse direction.
7. User-defined indicator light output mode is available. Users can
set the state of the indicator light and the common cathode and
common anode of it according to the needs of the equipment.
8. The product has a voice broadcast function. Entrance and exit
greeting language can be set through the menu.
