Product Overview
Alumina ceramics have many excellent properties, so they are widely
used in the world. Alumina ceramics have a Vickers hardness of
15GPa, a density of about 3.75g/cm3, a compressive strength of
about 2100MPa, a flexural strength of 300Mpa, a volume resistance
of 1014Ω·m, an expansion coefficient similar to that of metals, and
good chemical stability.
High-frequency insulating ceramics, also known as device ceramics,
are used in electronic equipment to install, fix, and protect
components, as insulating supports for current-carrying conductors,
and as ceramics for various integrated circuit substrates. Small
dielectric constant, low dielectric loss, high mechanical strength,
and high dielectric strength, insulation resistance and thermal
conductivity. Commonly used high-frequency insulating ceramics
include high-alumina porcelain and talc porcelain.
