IE3 Motor Descriptions
IE3 series Super high-efficiency three-phase motors are
energy-saving motors. They are developed according to the
efficiency classification of IEC60034-30. IE2 and IE3 are the
worldwide unified efficiency classification of electric motors.
USA, Japan, and Europe have stopped the sales of IE2 motors and
will replace them with the more efficient IE3 motors, even IE4 top
high-efficiency motors.
IE3 series Super high-efficiency motor is according to IEC 60034-1
part 1: energy efficiency classification and performance of
rotating motor and IEC 60034-2-1 part 2-1: losses and testing
method of turning motor, which is the most authoritative efficiency
classification standard in the world. These motors also comply with
the efficiency standards covered by USA NEMA, CANADA CSA Premium
efficiency, AUSTRALIA AS, NEW ZEALAND NZS, CEMEP, JIS, and Chinese
G.B. motor standard.
IE3 series Super high-efficiency motors are widely used in the
power transmission industry, such as water pumps, ventilators,
machinery tools, HVAC systems, reducers, wood processing machines,
mining machines, and construction equipment.
