1.Description of pressure arc sieve
The pressure curved screen is mainly used in the starch processing
process , adopt the multi-stage counter-current washing method to
screening, dehydration and extraction, solid and impurity removal
from the starch

The working principle of pressure arc sieve
Slurry from the nozzle to a certain speed (15 to 25 m/s) by the
sieve surface tangent into the concave surface, the high feed speed
make the material on the screen by centrifugal force, gravity and
screen the role of resistance for the material, material by one
screen to another screen of process, the bar is a sharp blade

flowed from the sieve surface end and be on the screen.
