Bulk Cement Storage Silos Composition:
The cement silo (cement tank) consists of: warehouse steel
structure, ladder, guardrail, feeding pipe, dust collector,
pressure safety valve, high and low level gauge, discharge valve
and so on.
Description of dust removal system, arching device and material
level device:
- Dust removal system: The top of the cement silo is equipped with an
electric dust removal device, which can effectively absorb the
suspended particles in the warehouse and reduce the pollution to
the surrounding environment.
- Broken arch device: The lower cone of the cement silo is equipped
with a blow-breaking arch device, which uses the small
electromagnetic reversing valve located in the gas control box to
control the release of compressed air to break the arch of cement
and various powders, avoiding the powder stack. Accumulate, causing
blockages.
- Material level device: The cement bin material level device can
sense the storage height of the material in the warehouse.
