Product description
It is used to test the breaking force of the catheter of anesthesia
package, the connection firmness between the catheter and the
catheter joint, the connection firmness between the needle seat and
the needle tube, and the connection firmness between the liner core
and the core seat
Product introduction:
It adopts 5.7 inch (320 * 240) LCD display and Chinese menu
display. The tester is designed and manufactured according to the
test method of fracture force and firmness in yy0321. It is used to
test the catheter breaking force of anesthesia package, the
connection firmness of catheter and catheter joint, the connection
firmness between needle seat and needle tube, and the connection
firmness between liner core and core seat.
Digital closed-loop control is adopted. The AD acquisition speed is
500KHz and the internal code is 1 million;
High precision clock chip, power-off storage; PLC control dynamic
display of loading force value;
Overload alarm and shutdown protection; nominal specification,
test, uplink, downlink, time, calibration. It can communicate with
the upper computer to facilitate data processing;
The menu on the LCD screen is controlled by the keyboard, the test
data is printed on board and the tension is displayed in real time.
The testing range of breaking force is 0-100n, the error is not
more than ± 0.1N, and the resolution is 0.01N.
Test time: 1-999s, random selection, error no more than ± 0.5s.
Test speed: breaking force 500mm / min, connection firmness 10mm /
min, error no more than ± 2%.
