Safety Protection
1. Compressed air protection.
If there is little or inadequate compressed air, the equipment will
stop working automatically to avoid flowing in high dew point air
due to the failure of conversion valve.
2. The drying temperature overrun protection.
If the temperature of drying air overrun, drying fan will stop
working automatically from coagulation due to excessive heat.
3. The phase sequence protection.
If the vanes' motion is reverse, vortex pump will stop working
automatically.
4.the real-time reminding of air filters cleaning
If air filters are filled with dust, the equipment will immediately
remind you it is time to clean them.
High-end hardware configuration
Vortex pump brand: Taiwan ling, life-long free replacement.
Electric control cabinet rittal cabinet, ninety percent profile is
used for production. Air switch, circuit breaker, contactor,
thermal relay brand: imported French schneider. 24 v dc power
