1.Production Description:
1. The extruder adopts PET special screw and unique parameter
design. The screw has unique separation and mixing effect, which
ensures the uniform plasticization of the material. It has the
advantages of large extrusion, good plasticization, high hardness
and high wear resistance.
2. The three-dimensional folding super large-area filtering device
has a filter expansion area that is 30 times larger than the area
of the traditional flat filter. The filter mesh can reach 80 mesh,
and all can be produced with 100% bottle flakes. The finished
product quality can be compared with the new material.
3. The drying of the raw materials is carried out by using the
rotor honeycomb dehumidifying and drying system produced by the
company. The dew point of -50 °C ensures that the moisture content
of the raw materials is ≤50 PPM, and the solid phase
polycondensation and viscosity-increasing effect is obtained.
4. This set adopts two special stretching processes, which have
good rigidity and stable width, which improves the tensile strength
of the finished product.
5. The winder adopts a double-station winding device, which is easy
to operate and easy to change rolls.
6. High-precision components make the product forming quality
stable, width and thickness fluctuations are far less than national
standards; unique network changing device greatly reduces the time
for changing the network and improves work efficiency.
7. The unique oven circulation heating system uses a reciprocating
winding method inside, which fully utilizes heat energy to greatly
reduce power loss.
8. The unique circulating cooling system and multiple sets of
shaped guide roller make the packing belt cooling and shrinking
more complete, the product is more stable and the size is more
accurate.
