the production line configuration
The hot melt glue yellow fly trap belt making machine is divided
into production lines and coating part. Production line part of the
configuration control cabinet
One, a set of cutter, rubber wheel drive assembly set, punching a
set of two sets of entanglement, two sets of activities, two sets
of materials, a set of fixed material roll. Patch part of the
configuration of a hot melt machine, two of the pipeline, two sets
of spray gun.
e.the melter is equipped with: 40kg /80kg capacity,
f. middle speed model machine almost zero malfunction,only need
3days for finish install
J. we have rectify a device for the trap running ,so our machine
can be more steady with high speed
H. our machine coat glue on pp paper ,not on release paper ,so will
be more even ,and the release paper will be not broken because of
the coating glue also can coat glue on release paper.so we with the
ultrasonic sensor
I. when load machine,can separate several parts for packing with
wooden case ,so will be more convenient to delivery and carry
