Thickness and linearity calibration. There are five versions of the block available. In accordance with ASTM E797

The 5-Step block Metric version S-5-MM come in thickness of 5mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm.

Step Face measures 20mm x 20mm.

The 5-Step block Metric version S-5-MM-1 come in thickness of 2.5mm, 5mm, 7.5mm, 10mm, 12.5mm.

Step Face measures 20mm x 20mm.

The 5-Step block Metric version S-5-MM-2 come in thickness of 0.5mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm.

Step Face measures 20mm x 20mm.

The 5-Step block Inch version S-5-IN come in thickness of 0.100” , 0.200", 0.300", 0.400", 0.500".

Step Face measures 0.8” x 0.8”.

The 5-Step block Inch version S-5-IN come in thickness of 0.200” , 0.600", 0.800", 1.000”.

Step Face measures 0.8” x 0.8”.
