progresses. High speed can prevent clogging of cemented carbide

apply less pressure, otherwise, the cutting edge of the groove will
fall or become smooth too quickly, thereby shortening the service
life of the carbide burr. The cemented carbide files we produce
here in China are machined from specially selected cemented
carbide. Due to the extremely high hardness of tungsten carbide,
high-speed steel works more demanding. Tungsten carbide drills also
perform better at high temperatures, so you can run them at higher
temperatures for longer periods of time. Burrs will begin to soften
at higher temperatures, so carbide is always the best choice for
long-term performance.
