1. Description:

T-works is able to produce nearly 40 ZYC models of hydraulic pile drving machine for 60 tons to 1200 tons at the customer's own choice, or make a new model according to the customers' requirements.

Hydraulic pile driving machine adopts silent piling, and features with no noise ,no vibration, high efficiency and excellent quality,it was wide applications in jack in concrete spun pile, squre pile, H pile,and other precast piles at the site of.

Unique design for short boat for better bending resistance and longer lifetime; Forged roller and clamps to ensure longer lifetime and better resistance; cooper sleeve for roller and so on.


2) Side mechanism
Side piling mechanism can reach at least 50% of center piling capacity, sharing the same clamping box and jaws with center. It can push the triangle pile, square pile, round pile, H- pile, and other shapes.




3) Assembly and De- mobilization
After shipment, the machine has to be assembled using the instructions and maybe with help of our employees as usual , This takes one or two days, after which a trainning can be given in working with the hydraulic pile pusher.
This is a special design for its cabin which is good for crane transporation .
