Working principle:

The whole machine is controlled by schneider PLC, through the main motor startup, roll machine, fan starts, gas start, and the igniter is automatically ignited to heat the baking plate of the machine.Until the temperature shows about 180 degrees,The mixed dough is sent to the bottom plate of the baking plate by the dosing pump, and the panel of the baking plate is automatically closed.The dough is shaped according to the set thickness of the dough, and then the baking plate is driven by the active wheel. Transfer to an oven consisting of upper and lower fire mouths, etc.After baking, the pasta has become a pastry, and the dough is accurately put into a rolling mold by a manipulator it into a finished product, and the finished product is sent out after demolding.

Full automatic filling paste,baking,rolling and conveying-cooling-counting.
