valves are suitable for those shut off system where medium needs to he tightly shut off , quickly shut off and bidirectionally
shut off . Incorporated with pneumatic or electric actuators, it can be widely used in those industries where high level
process automatic control system is required, such as paper making, chemical, foodmaking,petrochemical industries, etc
Product features:
1. Straight full port,so flow resistance is small,also pressure loss is small.
2. Upper and lower bearing;upper and lower bearings are adapted inside body , so contact with stem will be bigger which will have high carrying capacity and small friction coeffident , that operating torque can be reduced.
3. Seat rings can be metal seats or PTFE soft seat depending on different wording medium.Sealing face of metal
seals will be overlaid with hard alloy.whiie bail surface with hard chromium plated or spraying overtay.plasma
nitridmg.etc.so as to increase working life of sealing races and high temperature resislance =PTFE or RPTFE seats have excellent sealing performance,high corrosion resistance and wide applications.
4. Incorporated with pneumatic or electric actuators,the valves are suitable for those control systems with high
level of automatic control.
5. Wide application:Wiping action will t>e happened between metal seats and ball during shut off operation.lt is
not only suitable for liquid medium.but also better for those Control systems with medium containing fibers and
solid particles.

Shell and seal pressure test standard: JB/T 9092- 1999
Shell test pressure shall be 1.5 times the pressure rating determined for material at 38 celsius listed in ASTM B16 34. Seat test pressure shall he 1.1 times the pressure rating determined for material at 38 celsius listed in ASTM B16.34 medium is tested by water with scale and corrosion. Air seat test pressure will be done at 0.6 MPa of compressed air.Test fluid shall be fresh water containing a corrosion inhibitor.
