The system is applicable for quantitative weighing and packaging of pickled food like pepper, cucumber and olive, or snack food like candies,
pistachios, peanuts, raisins, etc., as well as that of pet food, puffed food or various types of granular, flaky, stick-shaped, round or irregular-shaped sticky products.

Main Function & Features:

1. Filling machine with servo control system and 12-station turntable, suitable for various types of can or bottle filling.
2. Each station has its special function, such as compaction or vibration to realize the can filling of solid and liquid products and solve the filling problem of sticky products.
3. Stable running of the whole equipment with less space and labor cost saving.
4. Integrated with clamping machine, cap fastener and labeling machine etc. to form a complete weighing and packaging production line.
