PTFE Thread Seal Tape also known as sealing tape, stop with the tape. Is a PTFE
dispersion resin paste pasting, rolling from the tape without any
additives products. White, smooth surface, uniform texture, with
excellent heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and self-adhesive,
good fit, have a good seal. Can be widely used in pure oxygen, gas,
strong oxidants, corrosive media and high temperature steam
pipeline thread sealing and pump, valve, equipment, complex shape
of the filling seal.

PERFORMANCE
Polytetrafluoroethylene (F4,PTFE) has a series of excellent
performance: high temperature resistance-long-term use temperature
200~260 degrees, low temperature resistance-still soft at -100
degrees; Corrosion resistance-resistance to aqua regia and all
organic solvents; Climate resistance-extremely long aging life in
plastics; High lubrication-has a very small coefficient of friction
(0.04) in plastics; Non-sticky-has minimal surface tension in solid
materials and does not adhere to any substance;
Non-toxic-physiologically inert; Excellent electrical performance,
is an ideal class C insulation material. materials are widely used
in national defense, military industry, atomic energy, petroleum,
radio, electric machinery, chemical industry and other important
departments.
LICATION
PTFE Thread Seal Tape has a good toughness, vertical strength, easy
to deform transverse features.
It is more ideal for sealing plates and threads. However, it can
not be used in contact with high concentrations of oxygen or liquid
oxygen.
Expanded PTFE tape is mainly used for more disk and thread port
seal.
APPLICATION
Raw material tape is an auxiliary product commonly used in the
installation of liquid pipelines. It is used at the pipe joints to
enhance the tightness of the pipe joints. Raw material tape is a
