The new butyl extruder is used for coating inflexible spacer bars.
The new butyl extruder coating machine consists of three parts:
loading spacer section, coating section and out section. The
maximum machinable spacer frame size is 2500 x 2500 mm. First,
measure the size of the spacing frame of the input segment and
apply butyl adhesive on both sides by vertical movement and
rotation. With PLC control, the amount of butyl rubber can be
controlled accurately.
Introduction :
The fully automatic butyl extruder can be fully aligned with the
insulated glass assembly line for fully automatic production,
eliminating the need for manual labor throughout the coating
process. This automatic butyl extruder has press wheel system
(linear press wheel, arc press wheel), centering wheel, glue nozzle
unit, extrusion unit, transmission unit, rotating mechanism,
support mechanism, frame unit, pneumatic system, hydraulic system
and control system. It consists of:

(1) There is an alarm device, and if there is no adhesive, it will
automatically give an alarm (prompt will be displayed on the touch
screen).
(2) Timing heating function, the worker can set the equipment
start-up time in advance, the equipment will automatically start
heating the system quickly before official work.
(3) The gap between the front and rear adhesive nozzles is
automatically adjusted according to the width of the aluminum
spacer.
(4) The transmission motor is controlled by servo motor, the
transmission speed can reach up to 50m/min.
(5) The large frame support mechanism prevents the large aluminum
frame from swinging greatly at the corners and deforming the frame.
(6) Simple, stable and reliable operation, accurate coating effect,
fast coating speed, high production efficiency.
