It adopts 5.7 inch (120 × 90) color LCD touch screen and Chinese
menu display. Nominal size, print setting, maximum load, test, up,
down, left, right, time, calibration. The menu on the LCD screen is
controlled by touch, and the test data is printed on board. It is
designed according to customer's requirements.

二, Specific equipment requirements:
1. It can be equipped with two kinds of blade angles (edge
inclination angle 30 degrees, 45 degrees)
2. The blade edge is parallel to the crystal tablecloth, and the
rear edge is aligned with the edge of the crystal tablecloth. The
overall blade vertically cuts down into the 3mm crystal tablecloth
with a depth of 2.5mm. The length range of 2.5mm after cutting
should be consistent with the length of the blade edge. The
resistance of each cutting in should be displayed.
3. The cutting distance is 1-5mm, the cutting material size is
about 200mm, and the width is 20-30mm
4. The cutting times of each row are about 50-150. After the single
row cutting, rotate the crystal tablecloth 180 degrees, install and
cut the second row, and cut two rows with one cloth.
5. After continuous cutting, the alarm sound will remind to change
materials.
6. In order to align the rear end of the single blade edge with the
edge of the material after assembly, the blade mounting bracket
should have a fine adjustment mechanism.
7. Record the cutting times.
