1. Compressor: screw compressor with efficient 5:6 asymmetric

content less than 1.5% in exhaust gas to increase heat transfer
efficiency,which can fulfill 10%-100% stepless adjustment by load

2. High efficient outer-spiral-rib copper tube designed and
manufactured by CAD/CAM. According to heat dissipating capacity,
velocity flow and scale coefficient, It will calculate effective
area of heat transfer surface with 5-10% allowance. The end cover
on both sides is also detachable.
3. Evaporator: High efficient anti-corrosion Evaporator with direct
cooling method requires no other secondary heat exchanger,which

inch color touch screen could switch operation modes and check the
working condition of the units. Moreover, its precise cooling
capacity and cooling load control will make the units run with best

5. The units can adjust its load automatically according to the
change of rectifier, which can control the precision of bath
temperature within ±1℃,so as to assure the thickness of oxide film
