Overview of Vertical Hollow Glass Production Line

The automatic vertical hollow glass production line has 7 sections. 01 Transfer section. 02 washing machine; 03 discharge section. 04 Inspection and installation section. 05 Transfer section. 06 Press and filling section. 07 Ejection section.

Currently, LIJIANG mainly has two different IG lines. One (Photo 1) uses a transfer wheel to transport glass, and the other (Photo 2) is a new technology that uses airborne technology to transport glass. This new technology is intended to prevent the glass from being contaminated by the wheels and leaving a trail, and the new technology is used to improve the high quality of IG production.

Glass washing part:

• Cleans online and offline Low-E glass and automatically recognizes Low-E film

• The cleaning part adopts the upper and lower layered structure design

• Uses 6 soft brushes

• Adopts variable frequency fan, energy efficient and excellent cleaning effect

• The air knife can adjust the width of the air knife automatically according to the thickness

• Use of intelligent intermittent energy saving working method

Filling argon gas automatically

• Argon is the standard gas

• Automatically fill the press plate with argon gas at the correct gas concentration

• When filling with molded IG, expansion of 450 mm (length) and 280 mm (height) is required on the front side of rectangular size

• No need to drill holes in the spacer frame

• Fast reaction sensor for permanent control of the gas filling process

• Automatically set gas data and display data on screen

1.The washing machine uses 6 soft (low-e) brushes with a diameter of 0.1mm only. It can clean low e glass, flat glass, tempered glass, etc. It has a bristle diameter of less than 0.1 mm and will not damage the glass, especially in low-e glass.

2.The machine adopts Siemens control system, equipped with high resolution touch screen.

3.Using Europe's advanced anti-noise system to create a good working environment for employees

The noise can be controlled below 90 decibels by using nylon gear and sponges.

4.Automatic Insulating glass production line adopt CNC technology into the pressing board. We designed the adjustable points inside the pressing board to keep the back plate straight all the time.

5.Automatic inflating function inside the slab, automatically inflating according to the size of the glass, improving inflation efficiency and gas utilization rate.The IG line fills argon gas with 22s only for one piece of 1m*1m double glazing glass.
