Introduction
Trenchless drill pipe placement is a construction technology that
uses cliff soil drilling tools, pipeline detection and other
technical means to lay, repair, and replace underground pipelines
without excavation on the ground. It uses a drilling rig placed on
the ground to form a hole through water jets or extrusion, and
receives signals from the ground drill bit to control the drilling
trajectory. There are three stages of retreat.
