Introduction:
Powder spraying is used to spray powder coating on the surface of
the workpiece by spraying powder equipment (electrostatic spray
plastic machine). In electrostatic action, the powder will be
evenly adsorbed on the surface of the workpiece to form a powdery
coating; the powder coating is solidified by high temperature
baking and becomes the final coating of different effect (different
kinds of powder coating effect) The powder spraying effect is
superior to the spray painting process in terms of mechanical
strength, adhesion, corrosion resistance and aging resistance, and
the cost is also under the same effect of spray painting.
The coating is mixed with special resin, pigments, fillers, curing
agents and other auxiliaries in a certain proportion, and is
prepared by hot extrusion and crushing and screening. At normal
temperature, they are stable in storage, by electrostatic spraying,
friction spraying (thermosetting) or fluidized bed soaking
(thermoplastic), and reheating the curing and curing to make a
smooth and bright permanent coating to achieve the purpose of
decoration and corrosion protection.
