The ton bag packaging machine is composed pneumatic bag-clamping system, inflatable and gas
recovery unit, material feeding measuring control unit, hydraulic
unit and electric control.
As one of the large weighing and packaging machine with multiple
functions of the integrated electric weighing, automatic
bag-releasing, and dust collecting, it is used for packaging
ton-bag material.

The jumbo bag packing machine working process is: Manual giving the
jumbo bag to the packing machine bag clamper then touch the
proximity switch then will automatic bag clamped the bag and locked
the 4pcs loop-automatic feeding the materials-automatic
weighing-automatic discharge the materials into the jumbo bags-well
finished jumbo bag will conveyor out from the packing machine by
the big heavy conveyor-move by the forklift.
The materials by the wheel loader dump to the feeding hopper then
by the bucket elevator conveying to the jumbo bag packing machine
for feeding, weighing, packing and discharge into 300kg-2000kg
jumbo bags, the finished filling jumbo bag will conveying out from
the packing machine by the heavy duty conveyor, then move by your
forklift.

Packaging and Shipping
Export standard plywood package are supplied with well packed. we
can make the packages according to customer's request. Sea packages
or Air packages are both available.
Usually to ship by sea from port Shanghai.
The packing machine before sent to you will installation and
testing welled then whole set packed in the big wooden box then in
container.
When you received the packing machine, you no need installation
again, connect your electric wire and air source to the packing
machine then can working.
After-sale Service
We aim to best serve our clients’ needs. So, we promise the
following clauses on condition of establishing business
relationship with you
1) The machine shall be guaranteed by the seller against poor
materials, poor performance and poor workmanship for a period of
one year from the date of commissioning. During this guarantee
period, the seller will provide the buyer with free maintenance and
free spare parts that caused by the machine’s quality upon receipt
of advice
2) The seller will supply repair service for three years on
condition that the buyer takes on all costs of the broken parts
3) The seller will supply the buyer the guide service on the
operation of the machine
4) The seller will respond within 2 hours if the machine goes wrong
in production
5) If required, the seller will dispatch technician to buyer’s
country for installation guide, commissioning & adjusting the
machine and training the workers on condition that the buyer
affords all the cost from China to the buyer’s company including
food, accommodation, transportation, etc. and extra USD100 per day
per person for the service
