Stove heating or heat pump
It consists of 3 sectors of fire-proof wall, 2 layer brick of every
fire-proof wall
Advantage: reasonable design can avoid open flame. So it run
steadily, safely and have long use-life.
Can be fueled by Nature gas coal, wood, rice husk, diesel, etc.
Application of grain drying machine
It is suitable for drying wheat, rice, paddy, corn and so on
grains.
Capacity: 12.5/15/22/30 tons per batch.
Moisture Reduction per hour (%/h): Rice/wheat:0.5-0.8 or 1.2.
The drying box has heat preservation layer of silicon cotton, so it
can reduce energy consumption efficiently. And the grain dryer
adopts indirect heating system
Product Feature
The hoist is designed with two barrels and equipped with the
anti-damage device to reduce the breakage rate of grain.
The gear motor and NSK/ASAHI bearing imported from Japan are used.
The design of vertical four-slot and the large drying layer ensures
high drying efficiency and good quality.
The part in contact with grain is designed with stainless steel to
increase wear and corrosion resistance.
The manganese steel is used for auger, and the surface is hard and
wear-resistant after special treatment.
Flexible and efficient heat source
Multiple heat supply is available. To minimize the environment
burden, this machine is adopting the technology of low temperature
fully drying, and the technology of maximum heat
Even blend, circular drying
Temp is around 40-60C to minimize the broken rate, and to ensure
the products in good condition tempering for a long time. Thus,
production costs will also be reduced at most
Working Principle of paddy dryer
It adopts rotary heating device; it can output enough hot air in a
short time and kill eggs though high temperature.
It also adopts digitization control and instrumentation to control
drying box’s temperature to avoid appearing discoloring and
metamorphic phenomenon.
Drying cabinet is made of metal aluminum plate and silica gel
cotton insulation layer to reduce energy consumption effectively.
Cyclotron system can reach the purpose of air circulation,
humidification and heating in the drying box
