This series of units are mainly designed for materials with poor
fluidity and dual-purpose powder and granule packaging. Using belt
feeding method, after the graded feeding into the weighing hopper
or packaging bag, the feeding belt stops feeding when the packaging
material reaches the set value. The bag gripper opens
automatically, the material bag is sent away by a conveyor belt,
and the bag is sealed by manual assistance.
Brief Introduction
The belt packing machine is composed of the automatic quantitative
packing scale (including storage hopper, feeder, weighing bucket
bag clamping, kneading mechanism, computer control, pneumatic
components, etc.) and the optional part(including conveyor machine,
sewing machine or welding machine). It adopts screw or belt
feeding, and the material is forced out by the feeding mechanism.

It is suitable for rationing package of the powdery or particulate
material in the food, grain, feed, and chemical industry etc. (For
example, the bean pulp, linter pulp, mixture, chemical powder, bran
