General Introduction
This unit is a dedicated equipment for automation production mainly
to realize automatic packaging (automatic bag pickup, bag feed, bag
delivery, bag opening, filling and bag sealing) and output of
finished product. This equipment totally adopts PLC man-machine
interface display screen control, which significantly facilitates
operation, so, it is the requisite equipment for automated
enterprise production.
Scope of application
Widely used in: grain (corn, rice, seeds, miscellaneous grains,
etc.), fertilizer (compound fertilizer, compounding method),
industrial plastics (carbon black particles, plastic granules),

Machine Features
1. The 2 empty bag storages can store 200-400 empty bags at once
which can save labors cost.
2. We use famous brand of Weinview touch screen which is easy to
operate and inside English language for customer easy
understanding.
3. The bag sending unit uses three mechanical grippers to clamp the
bag and send it to the designated position through the electric
cylinder, which reduces the drop rate and runs smoothly and
reliably.
4. The bag opening & material filling mechanism is composed of
a base component, a bag opening component, and a bag clamping
component. 5. The entire operation runs smoothly and reliably, and
the relevant movements are mainly completed by a robotic arm. The
movements are coherent, coordinated and reliable, reducing the drop
rate and instability.

It shall be avoided to use the machine in the working environment
where there is corrosive, combustible gas or heavy powdery dust, it
shall be avoided to use the machine in the place with temperature
over 40℃, and shall be avoided to use it in the place with too high
relative ambient humidity (>85%HR).
