Product introduction

Double beam Gantry crane is a kind of deformation of bridge crane.In the port, mainly used for outdoor yard, yard cargo, bulk cargo loading and unloading operations.

Its metal structure resembles a portal frame, and two legs are installed under the main beam, which can walk directly on the track of the ground.

The two ends of the main beam can have overhanging cantilever beams.

Gantry crane has the characteristics of high site utilization rate, wide operation range, wide adaptability and strong versatility, and has been widely used in port freight yard.



Product features

The crane shall be processed and inspected in accordance with GB/ T14406-93 "General Gantry Crane" and GB5905-86 "Crane test

Specification and Procedure", and shall meet the following main requirements:
1. The metal structure of the crane shall be made of carbon structural steel according to GB700 (steel brand Q235 B) and low-alloy structural steel according to GB1591;
2. The steel of important components shall be treated with surface spray (shot blasting) before painting to reach sa21/2 as stipulated in GB8923;The remaining members reach Sa2 or St2 level;
3. The groove of welding seam conforms to the provisions of GB985 and 986, and the appearance of welding seam is free from defects (such as cracks, holes, solid slag inclusion, non-fusion, non-penetration, shape defects, etc.);

The butt joint of the main beam and the fillet weld of the leg are all made by submerged arc automatic welding.

The butt weld of the flange plate and the web in the tensile zone is 100% non-destructive testing.

Ultrasonic flaw detection shall not be lower than class I specified in JB1152;Not lower than GB3323 grade II for radiographic inspection:
4. The brake wheel for each mechanism of the crane shall be made of no less than 45 steel as stipulated in GB699 or ZG340~640 steel as stipulated in GB11352.

The hardness of the surface heat treatment shall be 45~55HRC and the hardness of the depth of 15~20mm shall be no less than 40HRC.
5. The main accessories of the crane include motor, reducer, hydraulic brake, reel, pulley block, hook and control electric appliances, which are supplied by the designated manufacturer of the crane and conform to relevant standards;
6. In order to ensure the safe operation of the crane, each crane mechanism is equipped with a limit switch. When the mechanism runs to a specific position, the limit switch will act, the motor will be cut off, the brake will hold the brake and the operation will be terminated.

In order to ensure the personal safety of the staff, a walking platform with a width of not less than 500mm is set on both sides of the main girder of the bridge.

A guardrail with a height of 1050mm is set on the outside (plus a horizontal bar for each 350mm), and a guard plate with a height of not less than 70mm is set on the bottom.
7. After the crane is assembled on the standard platform, inspected, adjusted and tested (no load), it is approved to leave the factory
