Application

This equipment is considered as the ideal blending equipment in pharmaceutical industry. It is also widely used in chemical, foodstuff industries, etc.

Work Principle

The machine is composed of colunm, machine base, rotation crotch, driving system, braking system, control system, etc. Push the mixing hopper into the rotation crotch and lock the nuts . Start the control system to lift the hopper to the mixing height and postition it reliably. The driving system will carry out automatic mixing according to the set time , rotation speed and other data. After the mixing operation is finished, the rotation crotch will stop vertically, the hopper will be printed. Loosen the locknuts of the ratary crotch and push the hopper out and transfer it to the next process.

Features

Perfect mixing. There is an included hole between Hopper symmetrical axis and the rotating shaft axis when charring the material into the closed square-cone mixing barrel. The different component materials do the three-dimensional movement in the closed discharging door which producing strong turnover and diffusion, while achieving the best effect of mixing.
Novel design, compact structure and good appearance. Evenness of mixing reaches 99%, the volume charge coefficient reaches 0.8.
Low roating height, smooth running, reliable performance and easy operation.
Conforming to the requirement of GMP. Cone skip form can realize the material airtight transportation, avoid the pollution. Highly polished inner and outer surface of the barrel, no dead corner, easy to discharge materials, easy to clean, no cross contamination.
