Product Features

Q1. what’s your MOQ ? And what is your delivery time?
A3. 500kgs for each model. About 25-30 days after payment.
Q2. If I need sample, could you support?
A2. We can provide you free samples for check our quality, but the
delivery fee should be paid by our customer, and it is appreciated
could send us your International Express Account For Freight
Collect.
Q3. How do you charge mould fees? What is your standard time to develop the new dies?
A4. In case need to open new moulds for your order, but the mould fee
will be refunded to customers when your order quantity reaches to a
certian amount. For normal size sections, we take about 7 – 10 days to fabricate
the dies and 4 days for extruding & testing. We can present the
qualified extrusion samples in about 13 -15 days.
Q4. What is the differences between theoretical weight and actual
weight?
A6. Actual weight is the actual weight including standard packaging
Theoretical weight is identified according to the
drawing,calculated by of the weight of each meter multiplied by the
length of profile.
Q5. What’s your payment term?
A7. T/T: 30% of total value as deposit, 70% as balance should be
payed before shipment.L/C or other payment term can be negociated.

A8. Yes, we have more than 900 workers and professional engineers
team whom can finish orders in short time with nice quality.
Q7. How can you guarantee the quality?
