Description

The cross is a pipe fitting and pipe connector. It is used at the branch pipe of the main pipeline. The four-way pipe can be divided into equal diameter and reducing diameter. The nozzle ends of the equal diameter four-way pipe are the same size.

The hydraulic bulging of four-way pipe is a kind of forming process of expanding branch pipe by axial compensation of metal material.

A special hydraulic press is used to inject liquid into the tube blank and extrude the tube blank. After the tube blank is extruded, the volume becomes smaller and the pressure increases. The metal material flows along the inner cavity of the die and expands the branch pipe and forms.

The hot forming of four-way is to flatten the tube blank to the size of four-way diameter, and open a hole in the branch pipe.

After heating, the tube blank is put into the forming die, and the die for drawing the branch pipe is installed in the tube blank.
