Destoner machine working principle:

The material falls on the guiding plate through the entrance of the destoner machine, and the material is evenly spread on the entire screen through the vibration of the machine.

Under the combined action of the vibration of the machine and airflow, the materials on the screen are automatically classified according to their own specific gravity and particle size. Relatively light materials are on the upper screen surface and will be discharged from the tail of the machine, and light impurities such as straw and dust will be discharged from the aspiration outlet.

Heavy materials and stones will fall through the upper screen down to the lower screen; then the materials gradually move to the machine rear part under the action of the vibration, airflow and friction, and discharged, while the stones will move up to the head of the machine and finally discharged from the stone outlet.
