ASTM G155 Solar Radiation Accelerated Weathering Xenon Arc Lamp Test Device reproduces the damage caused by full-spectrum sunlight and rain. In a few days or weeks, the xenon weathering chamber can reproduce the damage that occurs over months or years outdoors.

Accelerated Weathering Xenon Arc Lamp Test Device is a full-featured weathering, lightfastness and photostability chamber at a breakthrough price. It provides precise control of critical test parameters including spectrum, irradiance, relative humidity, chamber temperature and black panel/black standard temperature.

Full Spectrum Xenon Lamps

Xenon arc lamps give the best reproduction of full spectrum natural sunlight. LIB xenon lamps are air-cooled or water-cooled, which makes them more economical, highly efficient and very low maintenance. Standard lamps last for 1600 hours and the xl-750 uses one lamp per machine. Enhanced lamps last for 1600 hours at normal irradiance and 1000 hours at high irradiance.

Temperature Monitoring & Control

Control of temperature is important because it influences the rate of degradation. Specimen exposure temperature is precisely controlled in the LIB xl-750 tester using black panel and chamber air temperature sensors. The black panel temperature can be set at any point between 35ºC and 85ºC, depending upon whether the black panel is insulated or uninsulated, irradiance level, filter type, lamp age, chamber air temperature and ambient room temperature.

Humidity Control

Relative humidity (RH) control is standard in the LIB xl-750 tester. It allows the user to simultaneously control and display RH, black panel temperature, and chamber air temperature. Note that purified water is required for proper operation of the RH system in the LIB xl-750.

Optional Water Spray

Outdoor moisture attack is simulated via an optional pure water spray in the Sunshine xenon Weatherometer A spray nozzle located in the top of the chamber can be programmed to operate during either the dark or light cycle. Note that purified water is required for proper operation of the water spray and RH features in the LIB xl-750.

Rotating Specimen Holder *The picture sample is rubber *Inside there is a rotating specimen holder, which rotates around the xenon lamp,so that the irradiance received by the specimen is relatively uniform during the test. Total can mount 42 pieces of specimen.	Viewing Window Double layer insulating glass 8cm thickness, made of tempered glass. The conductive film is located on the interior glass to prevent window frosting, built-in LED light for the work room lighting ;can clearly observe samples. The light control button is located below the controller.
Controller PID programmable color touch screen controller, network connection computer. Can edit 100 programs 20 segment. LIB also can preset program into the controller based on user testing requirements. The set system language is English for standard.	Radiometer The picture is customized for 4 radiometers UV Irradiance Radiometer is available for xenon test chamber. The radiometer is a photoelectric sensor with fast response, reliable performance and high accuracy.
