Water well 800m Hydraulic Mineral Exploration Drilling Rig
Product information:
JDL-400 drilling rig is a water well drilling rig that mix mud
drilling rig and air drilling rig in one equipment. It adopts AMT
manual automatic transmission, 10 grade forward fears, and 2 grade
reverse gears. Positive and negative switching is sensitive and
convenient. Compared with the hydraulic transmission, the its
transmission efficiency can be doubled, and the power consumption
is reduced by 35%, which make the machine more efficient and
energy-saving.
Main feature
1. The rig uses an automatic gearbox, which has a wide range of
speeds (14-650rpm), can output big torque( Max.13400N.m), and easy
speed control.
2. The rig adopts a long-stroke double-speed mechanism,the power
head stroke reaches 3400MM to increase the drilling efficiency and
reduce the occurrence of plugging and drilling accident.
3. The rig uses double oil pumps to supply oil. When feeding, it
uses a single pump. When lifting pipes, the double pumps are
combined. The power loss is low and the auxiliary time is short.
4. The rig adopts the main function of mechanical transmission,
compared with hydraulic transmission, the power loss of the rig is
small, and the drilling cost is lower.
5. The drilling rig reserves part of the functional interface in
the hydraulic system so we can expand the function according to the
technological requirement of different users.

1. Walking part:
Driven by high-torque plunger motor, using 43*135*400 steel tracks,
the moving speed can reach 2.5km/h. The power is strong and
durable.
2. Power part:
76kw turbocharged diesel engine in the cloud is adopted, and the
reserved power reaches 15%, which is more suitable for plateau
construction.
3. Hydraulic part:
The hydraulic system is powered by the 32/32 dual pump, which
mainly realizes walking, tower lifting, drill pipe feeding, drill
pipe lifting and so on.
