1. How do you charge the mold fee?
For partial materials, we can supply the sample free (without the
freight charge). And incase we need to open new mold for your
ordered profiles ,the mold fee will be refunded to customers when
your order quantity reaches a certain amount.
2. How do you quote price ,per ton or per meter?
We provide more than two pricing modes
3. What is the differences between theoretical weight and actual
weight?
Actual weight is the actual weight including packaging.Theoretical
weight is identified according to the drawing,calculated by of the
weight of each meter multiplied by the length of profile.
4. What about the delivery time?
Normally 25-30days,exact delivery time depend on quantity and model
of order.
5. What about payment term?
Normally we accept T/T,30%prepaid,70% before loading.Or 100%L/C.
6. What can customer do if they face quality problem?
You can send us details of the problems with pictures,if necessary
you can send us samples of problems,we will resolve the problem
through different ways,like compensation,make discounts in new
orders and so on.Don't worry we will bear the responsibility caused
