Introduction

Any particle, powder, mucus can be screened within a certain range. The minimum to 500 mesh sieve or 0.028mm, the minimum can be filtered to 5 microns. This machine filters by grade with one to five screen, simultaneously sorts or filters 2-6 level .

Accurate and efficient screening: completely closed structure, no powder flying, no leak liquid, no mesh plug, auto emissions, no deposit material in the machine, no dead ends of grid structure, increased screen usage area.

Working Principle

Our circular vibrating screen, as a piece of powdery material screening equipment, uses vertical vibration motor or special vibration exciter as its vibration source. The vibration motor and vibration exciter have an eccentric block at the both upper and lower sides.

The eccentric blocks can generate a three-dimensional movement in horizontal, vertical and inclined direction. By adjusting the phase angles of the upper and lower eccentric blocks, the material on the screen can change the movement locus, achieving suitable screening performance.
