Aluminum foil can be divided into hard foil, semi-hard foil and
soft foil according to the state.
① Rigid foil: After rolling, the softened (continuous) aluminum
foil has no residue on the surface without degreasing treatment.
Therefore, the hard foil must be degreased before printing,
laminating, and coating. If it is used for forming, it can be used
directly.
② Semi-hard foil: Aluminum foil whose hardness (or strength) is
between the hard foil and the soft foil, and is usually used for
molding.
③ Soft foil: aluminum foil that has been softened after repeated
rolling after repeated rolling, the material is soft, and there is
no residual oil on the surface. Most applications, such as
packaging, compounding, electrical materials, etc., use flexible
foil.
Particularity of aluminum foil rolling
In the production of double-sheet foil, the rolling of aluminum
foil is divided into three processes: rough rolling, intermediate
rolling, and finishing rolling. From a technical point of view, it
can be roughly divided from the thickness of the rolling outlet.
The general method is that the thickness of the outlet is greater
than Or equal to 0.05mm is rough rolling, and the outlet thickness
is between 0.013~0.05 is intermediate rolling, and the single-sheet
finished product and the double-rolled finished product whose exit
thickness is less than 0.013mm are finished rolling. The thickness
control is mainly squeezing rolling force and post tension, the
rough rolling processing rate is very small, and its rolling
characteristics have been completely rolled of aluminum sheet and
strip, which has the special characteristics of aluminum foil
rolling.

1. How do you charge the mold fee?
For partial materials, we can supply the sample free (without the
freight charge). And incase we need to open new mold for your
ordered profiles ,the mold fee will be refunded to customers when
your order quantity reaches a certain amount.
2. How do you quote price ,per ton or per meter?

3. What is the differences between theoretical weight and actual
weight?
Actual weight is the actual weight including packaging.Theoretical
weight is identified according to the drawing,calculated by of the
weight of each meter multiplied by the length of profile.
4. What about the delivery time?
Normally 25-30days,exact delivery time depend on quantity and model
of order.
5. What about payment term?
Normally we accept T/T,30%prepaid,70% before loading.Or 100%L/C.
6. What can customer do if they face quality problem?
You can send us details of the problems with pictures,if necessary
you can send us samples of problems,we will resolve the problem
