Introduction

Working Principle

Agglomerating materials, such as fiber or powder with moisture or condensation, can be broken up and separated by using high-speed flying knife installed in the plough blade mixer and the convection and circulation effect formed when the plough blade mixer mixes the materials.
The high speed flying knife is installed at a 45 degree Angle under the side of the mixing barrel of the plough knife mixer, and the cutting head is extended into the barrel. During stirring, the material is driven to the effective range of the flying knife by the plough knife, and is subject to the high speed shearing of the flying knife.
The plough cutter in the mixer rotates with the spindle to make the material along the barrel arm and make the radial circular turbulence, at the same time, the radial material along the line flows through the flying knife group, which is scattered by the high-speed rotating flying knife, continuously changing and compounding, so that the material can be mixed evenly in a relatively short time.
