How does the linear vibrating screen work
The motor through a vee belt makes the eccentric of the activator
start high-speed rotation.The operation of
the eccentric block generates a lot of centrifugal force, stimulate the screen forming
a certain amplitude circle
movement. Materials on the tilted screen surface do continuous throwing movement after receiving the
impulse
given by the sieving box. During the process of collision of materials and sifter, the grain which is less than the
screen hole will be chosen so as to realize the grading.

The EVERSUN linear vibrating screen is composed of two vibration
motors, a sieve box, a screen mesh,
a vibration absorbing body an a vibration damping device. The excellent horizontal motors
are used as the
power source to make the material be sifted on the screen while moving forward in a straight line. It
can be
equipped with single or multi-layer screens to achieve grading, impurity removal, powder removal, inspection,
washing, dehydration and other purposes.
