1. Main Features:
1) Transmission of main unit adopts the imported A/C frequency
converter control, start-up and stop of the machine are controlled
by means of imported air clutch.
2) Running of the whole machine is controlled by PLC. Through the
interface touch-screen monitoring the machine running
condition,trouble indications and their corresponding solving ways,
the operation is more user-friendly.
3) Independent temperature control to each heating zone makes
operation temperature of the machine more equal and stable.Function
of timing pre-heating can enhance working efficiency greatly.
