Structure
The printing blanket normally includes 3 layers as below:
- a base non-woven fabric or a spun bonded non-woven fabric layer
which is assigned to the printing cylinder,
- a soft, highly resilient void-free compressible intermediate rubber
layer which has closed gas pores
- an outer-lying void-free layer of an elastomeric layer which faces
toward the printing material.

Dimension, back printing, package, factory
We offer blanket in any sizes in sheet or in roll as below. The
blankets will be rolled and packed in polymer bag and carton with
enough protective layers. The customer can decide the content of
back side, usually the logo or size.
How does a blanket work in printing?
The blanket is used to cover the blanket cylinder (the intermediate
cylinder) in each color unit within printing machine. Simply
speaking, the blanket is to transfer the image from plate onto
paper. The image is “offset” onto the blanket and then to paper.
The blanket created a smoother image on most types of paper and
can-print on rough or heavy stocks as well as other media. Most
offset presses use this lithographic method.
