Brief of Barrel Filling Equipment:
The water filling line is consisted of Semi-auto de-capper and
brush washer, ringsing-filling-caping machine, Label shrink tunnel
and Solid Ink Roll Coding Machine all together. CGF-200 water
filling machine adpots the suspension design. It allows the machine
to fill different type of the bottles. It is normally used as
drinking water filling machine. However, it can also be used for
fill PET bottle with fruit juice and tea at high temperature by
simply change tha valve. It can be connected with our others
machines to form the water filling machine and packaging machinery
production line.

Features of Barrel Filling Equipment:
1. Filling the pure water or the mineral water in 3 or 5 gallon;
2. The machine have the function of rinsing barrel, filling water
into barrel, capping for the barrel after filling water;
3. Barrel packing is different from small PET bottle packing,
usually the barrel is recycle using, so the barrel cleaning is very
important as the first step. In our rinsing machine, the barrel
will be cleaned by multiple liquid, from alkali water to
disinfecting water, and then to the pure water, to ensure every
barrel can be cleaned absolutely. And then the filling machine and
capping machine will start to work automatically;
4. In our capping machine, there is pure water spraying device, to
sterilize the caps, avoid any pollution to the beverage.
Gallon Bottle De-Capper And Washer:
Worker put used jar in right side of de-capper position, with the
neck inserting into the hole, worker foot press pedal to release
cap off neck; And then worker need to take the jar to insert into
left side of the machine-washing position. After the jar putting
in, the window need to be closed. Then the washer will be started
by itself. During washing, the inner brush inside jar and Washing
time is pre-settled, the machine will stop when time finish.
Heating function could be switched on/ off as client’s needing.
